Nous tenons à rappeler :

· tous les étudiants de l’UPA, de la nécessité de présenter les documents relatifs à la CNSS (détaillés dans la circulaire Réf.: adm132/2010) avant de payer les frais d’inscription (400$),

· tout retard d’inscription dépassant les délais fixés par catégorie ci-dessus, privera l’étudiant de son droit d’inscription dans le groupe de matière qui lui convient.

En outre, les frais d’inscription s’élèvent à 450$ pour les retardataires voulant s’inscrire durant le mois de septembre.

La Direction souhaite enfin de respecter les dates et délais sus-mentionnés pour faciliter toutes les tâches et formalités administratives.

N.B.: Vendredi 09/07/2010, samedi 10/07/2010 et mardis 3, 10, 17 et 24 Août 2010 (de 08:00 à 12:45) sont des journées libres pour les inscriptions.

L’UPA est ouverte chaque jour de 08:00 à 13:45 et les samedis de 08:00 à 11:45 (durant les mois de Juillet et de Septembre).

تعميم إلى طلاّب الجامعة الأنطونيّة وفروعها

حضرة الطلاّب الكرام،

جئنا نعلمكم بالتالي :

إن الإنتساب إلى الصندوق الوطني للضمان الإجتماعي هو أمر إلزامي، و بالتالي يقتضي التمييز بين فئتين من الطلاب الجامعيين:

1) الطالب الذي يستفيد من تقديمات الضمان الصحي كون أحد أوليائه ينتسب الى :

* تعاونية موظفي الدولة و صندوق التعاضد (يجب ابرازافادة من التعاونيّة تُثبِت ذلك).

* صندوق تعاضد القضاة (يجب ابراز إفادة من صندوق التعاضد تُثبِت ذلك).

* موظفاً و مسجلاً في الصندوق الوطني للضمان الإجتماعي (يجب ابراز إفادة خدمة من الضمان الإجتماعي).

*السلك العسكري ( أمن عام، أمن داخلي، أمن دولة...) (يجب ابراز بطاقة صحيّة مجدّدة).

* موظف بلديّة .

علماً أنّه في كل هذه الحالات يتوجب على الطالب و بشكل إلزامي إبراز إفادة خدمة جديدة من الضمان أو إفادة من التعاونية أو من السلك العسكري، تثبت انتساب أحد أوليائه لإحدى هذه الفئات المنوّه عنها أعلاه إضافة الى إخراجا قيد عائلي وإفرادي لا يتجاوز صدورهما السنة (يمكن استبدال إخراج القيد الإفرادي بصورة عن الهوية).

ذلك مباشرةً لدى انتسابه الى الجامعة لإتمام معاملات التسجيل.

2) الطالب الذي لا يستفيد من التقديمات المنوّه عنها في البند الأول (أي غير مضمون على عاتق أحد أوليائه) يتوجب عليه تقديم:

* صورة عن الهوية او إخراج قيد إفرادي لا يتجاوز صدوره السنة

* تسديد مبلغ 150,000ل ل مباشرةً لدى إتمام معاملات التسجيل .

ملاحظة: إنّ الإستفادة من تقديمات شركات التأمين والنقابات الخاصة لا تعفي أبداً من الإنتساب الى الصندوق الوطني للضمان الإجتماعي بصورة إلزامية .

إنّ كافة الأوراق المتعلّقة بالضمان والتي تسلّم من المحاسبة الى الطالب بتاريخ التسجيل يجب تعبئتها بالكامل كشرط أساسي للتسجيل.

ملاحظة: لا يقبل طلب تسجيل أي طالب الا بعد استكمال كافةالمستندات المطلوبة للصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي والمنوه عنه أعلاه.

À partir du 15 juin 2010, TOUS les étudiants de l'UPA, campus de Hadath-Baabda, sont invités à faire l'évaluation des enseignements du second semestre 2009-2010 en ligne.

L'évaluation est obligatoire et devrait être faite par chaque étudiant concernant les matières dans lesquelles l'inscription a eu lieu.

À défaut de faire l'évaluation en ligne, l'étudiant ne pourra pas consulter ses notes en ligne ni les prendre en version papier, ni s'inscrire durant le semestre d'été et au premier semestre 2010-2011.
