On Friday 11 December 2009 at 5:20pm, delegates of Faculties/Institutes established the executive office and elected the President of the students’ committee. The results were the following:

• General Secretary: Soumaya MAHFOUZ, Subdelegate of the Engineering Faculty.
  
  
• Treasurer: Elie ARAMOUNY, Delegate of the Business Administration Faculty – English section.
  
  
• Accountant: Hussein FTOUNI, Delegate of the Dental Prosthetics Institute.
  
  
• Information Secretary: Sarah SOUEIDY, Delegate of the Advertising Faculty.
  
  
• Coordinator of social and spiritual issues: Jihad MAKSOUD, Delegate of the Faculty of Theological Sciences and Pastoral studies.
  
  
• Coordinator of the sports committee: Rony IBRAHIM, Delegate of the Sports and Physical Education Faculty.
  
  
• Coordinator of the cultural committee: Joelle BEYROUTHY, Delegate of the Nursing Department.
